In an emergency you or a loved one, you should be prepare to help them.

Choking:
  •  In case this happen to you, and you are home alone. Call 911 and breaks a glass vase near the phone. Immediately they will realize that you are choking.

First-Degree Burns:
  • Immerse the burned area in cool water or apply a wet, cool clothe to reduce pain
  • Apply cool water until the injured part is pain free
Cool water also stops the burn from progressing into deeper tissue.
If cool water unavailable, use any cool drinkable liquid to reduce the temperature of the burned skin.

Knocked-Out Tooth:
This usually happens in children or in adult who have had an accident.
  • Find the tooth
  • If the tooth is dirty, rinse it gently in running water.
Gently insert and hold the tooth in its  socket. if this is not possible, places the tooth in a container of milk and call your Dentist.
I hope these tips will have been very helpful.

Thanks!!
