After I arrived in Canada, I found that my driver's license had expired. I could not renew the license, and it was not accepted anyway. I had to start the G1 process like a beginner, although I have been driving for 25 years and have an international license. My driving record was spotless; however, the law here does not allow you to drive on your own with a G1 and you have to wait a year to get G2!!

You will then have to apply for a G licence because I want and need to work as a Uber driver. I tried three times to get the G level, but I couldn't pass the test.

In the end, I was desperate and did not want to try again-I was too discouraged and decided not to drive.

In my opinion, the laws are not fair, and we must take into account some of the circumstances beyond our control. People from other countries may have been driving for 40 years, but they don’t care. I don’t think it is fair to ignore that we have experience in driving from other countries.
