I have 14 years of work experience in my home country, but I don't have work experience in Canada. I was an interviewer in my home country, but I haven’t had an interview in Canada. When I wanted to hire someone, I focused on the jobseeker's resume. I remember we had a resume from a man who had left all his jobs under one year. As you know loyalty is very important for an employer, so this was very concerning to me. Other things that were important to us were work experience for workplace hiring and education for office hiring positions.
