Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup seeds of a pomegranate (3-4 pomegranates)
  • 1 cup vodka 
  • 1 cup sugar  
  • 2 cloves 
  • 2 cinnamon sticks 

Directions

  1. Choose 3 or 4 red pomegranates, wash them outside very well. Then cut and remove the seeds
  2. Place the pomegranate, the sugar, the vodka, the stick cloves and the stick cinnamons in a saucepan and let it boil over medium heat. When it boils, let stand for 4 minutes and then remove from the heat to cool. When is cool, cover it and leave for 24 hours in the saucepan.
  3. After 24 hours take a colander and one towel and drain it.
  4. Put it a clean bottle and you are ready to enjoy.
