homemade caramel custard pudding with mint

First, whip 10 eggs.

Second, Add 500 milk and 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk.

Third, Stir this mixture 

Next, Make caramel with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 

Then, Pour caramel into the cups, use small spoon 

And then, Pour eggs mixture, use a large soup spoon, into the cups have caramel.

Finally, Steam the cups 20 minutes and take them out to get cold! ENJOY
