Brain drain is a phenomenon that could be defined as the migration of talented and highly trained or educated people from developing countries to developed countries to avail better opportunities and good quality of life. This phenomenon is a result of many factors.

Firstly, the inability of homeland to provide their citizens with health facilities to assist them. Why health is that much important? Because it is a source of happiness and wellbeing for the people as nations. Let’s imagine a country without health issues, this mean a healthy population and of course strong economic because healthy people are more productive and live longer. Secondly, lack of healthy conditions of working, many workers prevent unhealthy areas to work in, simply because it stresses them, depress them and it could cause more difficult health issues that they don`t need. Finally, worst education system is the most important for skilled and talented people to leave their countries toward developed countries. Because they care about their kids` education,

Brain drain phenomenon has left a hurtful effects on developing nation, it continue losing its citizens who have the talent and abilities to develop and contribute in the growth of economic, therefore, developing countries become poorest and insufficient states. In other hand, developed counties become more developed and richer. In addition, developing countries recruited foreigner from developed countries with a cost of billions every year, instead of the recruitment of local skilled workers, which does not cost the country that much.

In conclusion, higher average of emigration of talented and high trained people from developing to developed nations cause a great financial harm to the homeland. Thus, it is important to the home country to find a solution to control this problem immediately in the interest of the state and the citizen as well.
