Recipe for Niseen’s Famous Fattoush Salad:

Serves 4 people.

  • 2 tomatoes sliced into wedges any kind of tomatoes
  • 5 radishes thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ green pepper chopped
  • Fresh mint

  • Dressing: 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 garlic cloves pressed, ½ teaspoon mint, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon sumac.

Method of preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix it.
  3. When you are ready to eat it Put the salad in a serving bowl and dress the salad with pita chips on top

Note:

Use the freshest ingredients for the best salad, add the dressing just before serving so that the pita chips don’t get soggy.
