Many people like to play a sport in their leisure time.

In our fast-paced environment it is very important to be in shape and to take care of our bodies, because of our hectic life management.

There are many advantages of exercising. It is very healthy because it keeps our body full of energy, changes our mood positively, helps prevent weight gain, reduces stress and controls our body. Also, many researchers have shown and approved that exercising can prevent heart diseases.

However, before making a decision to exercise, every person should consult with his/her physician. Sport can also be dangerous for our health. It is very important to know what our limits are and to not over exercise.

In conclusion, in my experience, sport should be a pleasure for you. Once you enjoy it, you can achieve better results for a long time. Moreover, it can also lead to success and high standards in your life.
