Seasonal

It is the first winter for me and my family in Canada and it is so different from the winter in Syria. In Syria there are not many activities to do in winter just you have to stay in the home so it was very negative for me. In Canada there are a lot of fun and a lot of terrible things and as everything the winter here in Canada has a positive side and negative side at the same time. The terrible things start with clothes. I have to spend a lot of time with my children in the morning before the school to be sure they are warm enough. They have to wear snow pants, hats, mittens, snow boots, winter jackets, scarfs, so the children cannot move so well. It is too cold, wet outside, and the salt on the roads is terrible. On the other hand, the children and their families go outside and have an interesting time making a snowman and going tobogganing with the friends. I like it because it is free and easy, the negative side of tobogganing is that it is hard for young children to climb the hill.
