High-intensity interval training workout. Hiit group training

HIIT, which stands for high-intensity interval training, it's a scary word but I discovered recently that it all mental, nothing to do with your body, it's actually to make your brain accept it and channel your inner cheerleader. It was a sunny spring day when I decided to forget the past, set a goal and challenge myself and let my heart rate goes beyond its average beat. I started with 5 min of running and after 3 months I'm doing 1 hour of non-stop running, and not being scared of my heartbeat going high. Studies show that 15 minutes of HIIT burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. This means in 24 hours after a HIIT workout your body is still burning calories and fat. You are constantly pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, therefore, you can never get bored with your workout!
