Lifelong learning is the "ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated" pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons. Wikipedia. 

I didn't know this expression before so, I searched for the meaning.  Now, I think it means to learn your entire life and to Keep Educating Yourself (KEY). 

During your entire life you learn things, how to make it happen, how to do things and how does it help your life etc.

I think companies should provide mental health care, technology and language learning courses to improve the output of their employees.   I say a mental health care course would be amazing because employees can learn how to manage stress and time or over-work conditions, depression and exhaustion.  Nowadays new technology is being developed and introduced everyday in the workplace and if adequate training is given to employees, then it builds their self-confidence, trust and loyalty to the company.  This is important too.

My lifelong learning plan is learn how to raise my kids as kind, good and educated citizens in this great country while I try to learn how to improve my language skills.
