Wax figure of the famous Bruce Li from Madame Tussauds, Siam Discovery, Bangkok

I’m writing about one of the biggest martial artists who ever lived in the planet. His name was Bruce Lee. He had an amazing life, which was full of success. He spent most of his time doing very difficult workouts and he was a nutrition specialist.  I’m writing about him because I like the way he lived, and fought for success. He also encouraged me to do my workouts every day and stronger.

His family were from Hong Kong, but he was born in China town in San Francisco. He spoke Cantonese.  He studied Philosophy in the United states.  He was married with Linda Cadwell and they had a son (Brandon) and a daughter (Shannon). Bruce Lee had 9 undefeated world records, like 1500 push ups in a row.

He had an incredibly low-fat body amount. He didn’t train to look good, he train to be a better fighter.  He was using a combination of many training methods like: Cardio, weight lifting, isometric workout, yoga and meditation.

He liked Chinese foods more than American foods because he believed that American foods contained more fat.  One of his favourite nutrition, to provide the energy which he needed, was protein powder mixed with milk, banana, peanut butter, honey and egg in the morning.  He was also a fan of Ginseng tea with honey. He ate 5 times a day but in a small amount.  "He was a real Superman"
