Health

wooden dummy with squiggly lines from head

Last week, I had headaches every day, but a week ago, I think I had a migraine. My headache was very strong, and I felt throbbing pain in my temples all day. It felt like someone was hammering my head. My eyes were watering and red, and it was hard to concentrate. Because of the strong headache, I got severe pain in my neck and right shoulder. I couldn’t move my arm because of pain. I felt so terrible. I was crying because of that strong pain which was killing me. I wanted to lay in darkness and close my eyes with a soft towel on my head to cover my eyes. Usually it helps a little. I think I had this kind of pain because of blood pressure, or the weather changing or stress. I took medicine (Advil) that didn’t help me to take away my pain. Then, later, I took another medicine (Tylenol) and it helped me to fall asleep and rest. I was hoping that I would not have this migraine anymore, but today I had the same pain all day.
