rice pudding in black bowl with raisin and cashew garnish

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 2tbp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachios 2tbsp
  • Almonds 2tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 liter

Directions:

Place 1/2 a liter of milk in the pan and turn on the stove. When the milk comes to a boil, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix it together. Then, add cardamom powder and boiled rice to the mixture. When the milk thickens, put the almonds, add pistachios and mix them well until they all thicken. Now, turn off the stove, and put the pudding into the bowl. Serve it warm or cold.
