Delicious un-wrapped shawarma, with meat and vegetables

I made this recipe for lunch and I like it because it is very healthy.

First I needed to go to the supermarket to bring all the ingredients for around six sandwiches.

  • Chicken 1kg
  • 3 tomatoes, half a head of lettuce, some pickles and mayonnaise.
  • Bread for sandwiches.
  • 1/4 cup of corn oil.

Several kinds of spices such as:

  • 1 1/2 tbsps of salt.
  • 1  tsp of black pepper.
  • 1 1/2 tbsps of curry.
  • 1/2 tbsps of ground coriander.
  • 3 tbsps of soy sauce.
  • 7 of garlic cloves.
  • 3 tbsps of lemon slice.
  • 3 tbsps of vinegar.

After buying all the ingredients, then I start making the shawarma.

First, I cut chicken into long and thin slices, then I put in the above-mentioned spices and corn oil.

Then mix them and cook them at medium heat. Flip every ten minutes until they are soft. After that I wash vegetables and pickles and cut them.

To prepare sandwiches, I put mayonnaise, sliced lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and chicken on the sandwiches. After that, close the sandwiches. Finally you can put them in a dish and enjoy them with French fries and vegetables.
