Nowadays, the workplace is different than a decade ago. The complexity is increasing. In addition, the technology is has an impact how we manage our performance and this is why we need to keep learning. And the less expensive way of a learning method is reading books. Therefore, I decided that my work for the year 2018 is going to be "Keep learning".

There are a few steps I am going to do to keep learning this year. First, I am going to write a to do list every week to plan time for learning. Next, I am going to read a non-fiction book every 2 weeks. Lastly, I am going to search and view online courses.

This is going to be the beginning of my learning journey to be better at work and achieve more.
