New life, New beginning.

Hello, my name is Bérékia. It’s a pleasure to write about myself. I’m just new in Canada. I am here since January 2025, and I come from Haiti. I speak two languages: Creole and French. Now, I’m learning English because it’s very important for me to speak it.

Generally, in my free time I like to sing and play the piano. I am passionate about math and physical sciences; I want to be an engineer in the future. Actually, in my country, I was studying civil engineering, and I was in my third year. Now I have to start my studies again. But it doesn’t matter, because I’m young. That’s why I have to seize all the opportunities that the country can offer me to grow up and to be better.

I’m very happy to immigrate here. It’s a new life for me and a new beginning.
