An old fashion, alarm clock set on a log surrounded by fallen, autumn-colored leaves

In my opinion that the cons of daylight saving time such as health issues, disrupted schedules, and diminished energy savings, often outweigh the benefits of extended daylight and potential safety improvement.

seasonal time changes offer little benefit to agricultural workers today. farmers rely on natural rhythms and sunlight, not the clock, for their work. Modern technology and global markets reduce the relevance of daylight saving time.

A government might pause DST during the month of Ramadan to shorten the fasting for muslims. It can create global issues like scheduling confusion, disrupted international business, travel complications.

I think ending DST would simplify global schedules, improve health and productivity, and align policies with modern energy use while some industries may face short- time, adjustments or localized impacts the global economy would likely adapt with minimal disruption and potential long -term benefits.
