A traditional celebration

We have many celebrations in my country such as New Year, Formers’ Day, Eid, Independence Day etc. Today I want to talk about Eid. We have two Eid Celebrations in my country. First one is small Eid, and the second one is big Eid. They are almost the same Celebrations. They last for three days, and we usually wear new clothes.
We go to each other’s houses to greet each other. We serve sweets for our guests like cookies, cakes, candy, dried fruits, fresh fruits etc.
And Eid is both a religious and traditional Celebration of my country. In our calendar it’s officially off and people don’t go to school, jobs and their businesses on Eid days. We start the Eid Celebration with the Eid prayer, and we say happy Eid to everyone. And we give money to kids as we say for that Eidy. And we enjoy Eid and we respect all cultures and traditions.
