How to Make Qabuli Pulao

Ingredients list
- 2 cups of Marjan basmati rice
- 500 ml of water
- 100 g of raisins
- 2 whole carrots
- 1 white onion
- 500 mg of lamb shank
- ½ cup of corn oil
- 3 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp Qabuli pulao spices rice
Preparations
- add rice + water
- grater + julienne the carrots
- chop the onion
Cooking instructions
First, fry the chopped onion in oil until it becomes golden. Then add the lamb meat.
After that, add 1 tbsp Qabuli pulao spices and then add 3 cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes. In the second stage, add the rice to the prepared ingredients. After that, place the pot on the stove over medium heat until the rice is cooked and the water becomes dry.
Third stage, add the raisin and julienned carrots on top of the rice. Then cover the pot and cook for 1 hour on low heat. After 1 hour, our qabuli pulao is ready. Finally, we will eat our delicious food.
