As they are growing up, people would get more responsibilities. These responsibilities could include going to work, taking care of family and so on. Besides all these, it could be hard for an adult learner to learn as fast as a kid could do because the adult learner has lost the ability to learn quickly. An adult learner could learn a language within years, while a kid could use that language fluently in a year or less. For example, my niece is speaking English better than her mother does; while the kid has learned English by watching cartoons, her mother has taken classes and is still struggling with fluency.
I am one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s fans and I would love to take a soccer course with him. This is very important for me as I would have a chance to meet him. Having a course with Cristiano Ronaldo could be hard because he is busy with training and traveling.
For me, lifelong learning is learning the whole life with consistency. It could be about every part of life.
