There are some foods and drinks to keep the body cool during a hot summer season. This year we had very high temperatures in summer. I would suggest that eating fruits such as watermelons and cucumbers are good for the digestive system. Drinking lemonade and chilled carbonated beverages are helpful. Most importantly, staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water will help in bringing down the bringing down the body temperature. It also helps in blood circulation and prevent dehydration. Eating the right types of foods and drinks are very important for a hot summer season.
