To maintain a healthy liver it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a healthy weight. To eat a balanced diet, eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains and proteins. Exercising regularly is important to keep yourself healthy. Also avoid drinking alcohol, drink plenty of water, add nuts and olive oil to your diet.

I have fatty liver and fatty pancreas. I feel my stomach full all the time and I also feel pain. I need to make some changes. I have to exercise because I need to eliminate the fatty-liver. I think it is most difficult for me to avoid eating bread in the morning with coffee and I also need to get in the habit of exercising every day.I am following the instructions of my doctor. It is not easy but I want to feel good.
