Settlement

I am married, and I have two daughters. My wife and my daughters came to Canada in 2018. In 2022, I moved to Canada after three years of waiting for my sponsorship documents. The process took a long time and I stayed away from my family waiting to reunite with them, but finally I got the visa and was able to be with them. It’s difficult to obtain residency in Canada, but it's the best country to live, work, and build a future with your family. When I arrived, nothing was easy. At first, there was a lot of snow, but the warmth of my family and my insistence on building a future with them in Canada made it easy. The government helped me find a job and also helped me take English classes. At work, it wasn't easy because I didn't know how to speak English, but little by little, I improved my language skills, and there I began to enjoy my job, integrate into social life, and make friends in Canada. I also decided, after a year, to own my own house. The bank gave me a mortgage and I succeeded. Thank God! I'm fulfilling a great dream thanks to the opportunity Canada gave me. I will soon go to the government office to do my citizenship paperwork. The great opportunity in Canada is for my children to be able to study what they like and work in it in the future. Canada is a country where there are many opportunities for everyone.
