My name is Fan and I am going to teach you how to make my special dumplings.

First, prepare 500 grams flour and 200 grams warm water, mix them well them together and let this stand for a few hours.

Second, prepare the fillings: minced pork, grated ginger, shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt, mix and knead them together.

Next, prepare the dumpling mat and dumpling stick to do this, put the prepared dough on the mat, knead the dough, cut a piece with a knife, roll a round thin skin with the dumpling stick, put in the filling. Then you can close up the dumplings.

Then, boil 3 liters of water. Put a little salt into water and a little oil water. Put the dumplings into the water when the temperatre is 70 degrees. Boil for a few minutes and then add a bowl of cold water. Continue to boil for a few more minutes, then take out the dumplings.
