I am going to open a restaurant with my friend. I am going to need many things to fill my space. To begin with, I will buy equipment that is a good brand such as a fridge, fryer, Shawarma machine and I will set up a line of gas and also we will have nice decorations. I found a good area that is in the middle of downtown Abbotsford BC. So I hired a company to start building everything related to the restaurant.

The important thing is that we have a good hood suppression system above the ovens. We will have to pass the safety inspections in order to open the restaurant. The restaurant needs people to run a business. We need one cashier and two workers in the kitchen and one waiter to serve food to customers at the tables.

There will be a small office where we can have meetings and do paperwork and also receive calls for whoever orders food. Our motto will be discipline, respect for the customer and delicious fresh food. I hope my goals are achieved because I am working hard to get there. In addition, for the people who would like to open food restaurants, you should think and make your decisions carefully because it is a beautiful business. I have seen it happen in Canada.
