Question Formation 1

1.  Start with the basic statement. (the answer.)
  I speak English.
2.  Add the auxiliary verb "do".
  I do speak English.
3.  Move the auxiliary verb to the front of the subject and capitalise this word.
  Do I speak English.
4.  Change the pronoun. (if neccessary)
  
5.  Add a question mark.
  Do you speak English?

Question Formation 2

  He speaks.
2.  Add the auxiliary verb "do".
  He does speaks.
3.  Move the auxiliary verb to the front of the subject and capitalise this word.
  Does he speak.
4.  Change the pronoun. (if neccessary)
