**Terms of Forum Use**

The Forum Rules, which are listed here, are intended to protect Forum users from unfriendly, disrespectful or illegitimate Forum use. Please read carefully.

By posting, you agree to the Forums Rules. LINC Home Study Forum moderators have the right to remove material from Forums at any time.

1. Users must not use Forum to harass, threaten or attack anyone or otherwise behave in any way which would cause annoyance or distress to other users. In particular, users must not use Forums for the following purposes:

a. To transmit or knowingly receive content and/or language that is in any way unlawful, threatening, offensive, or in breach of any obligations of confidence. This includes the use of swear words and the use of offensive nicknames.

b. To flood or “spam” Forums or any user who posts in the Forums.

c. To provide instructions for illegal or otherwise harmful activities.

e. To transmit or knowingly receive information relating to (or include links to) pornography, pirated software and/or computer games or other counterfeit goods.

f. To collect and/or distribute personal data concerning other users of the LINC Home Study Forums

g. To post chain letters or pyramid schemes.

Your responsibilities

1. You are responsible for what you say or do online. In particular, you may be held responsible for any defamatory comments, threats and untrue statements or other illegal or fraudulent claims made by you.

2. LINC Home Study Forum moderators will try their best to edit or remove content which is reported to it but cannot guarantee to do so.

3. The LINC Home Study Forum does not endorse any opinions expressed by other users of Forums.

4. LINC Home Study Forum moderators reserve the right to remove material from Forums at any time.

5. Forums have information posted by third parties. As a result, the LINC Home Study Forum accepts no liability for the accuracy or truthfulness of any advice, information or data posted online or any responsibility for the consequences of your acting on such information.

6. If you fail to observe either the Forums Rules, LINC Home Study Forum moderators have the right, at thier sole discretion, to exclude you (either temporarily or permanently) from Forums depending on the nature and severity of your breach.

7. Upon 30 (thirty) days notice, LINC Home Study Forum moderators have the right to change the Forum Rules at any time and will post details and notification of any such changes online.
