When I came to Canada from China my life has some changed. The biggest difference is the change of language.

On one hand, a new language brings some limits to my life; on the other hand, it also brought me some new breakthroughs.

Frist,In daily life, I can't buy exactly what I want, because I often choose things based on pictures. I remember once, I wanted to buy a delicious cake but bought cake flour. After that in order to ensure that I bought the right thing, I often use my broken English and body language to ask the staff. In fact, it is a difficult thing for me to ask others compare to before. When I came to Canada because of life, I have some new changes in my character. It let me go of my pride and realize that no matter how powerful people also need help from others.

Second, about socializing, when I first came, I thought I couldn’t make a good friend who speaks English, because I can't express my thoughts accurately in English. I can't express my rich thoughts in English. But then I gradually discovered that different language is not a hindrance to emotional communication. The common needs of humanity are love and being loved.I just show people my sincerity, respect, understanding and care. Although I am not good at English, I will still be accepted. So I am not afraid to express myself and use my heart that is willing to love someone.

Third, about the exploration of new things, when I come to a new environment in Canada, there are so many fresh things waiting for me to explore, for example, visiting a variety of museums, mountaineering, diving, hunting and tourism. I also want to read a lot of English literature, novels and my professional books. I want to know more about Canada's history, culture, and humanities. For these reasons, I have to learn English well and to then realize my dream step by step. I didn't think English was important in the past but it is different now.

In summary, I came to Canada and my life has changed a lot, but I am still the one who loves life. Although English is not good, it brings me a little trouble, but let me pay more attention to some people's inner things.I believe that one day my English will get better. By that time, those little troubles will pass and I will fly freely in the sky of Canada.
