Nowadays, many people in Thailand focus on having good health by doing sports.  Participating in sports has a positive impact on people of any age.  Children, and even adults, today have to exercise due to the distraction of electronic devices and sitting to use them.  Children no longer play enough to maintain their health compared to the past.

Doing sports can promote mental health as well as physical health.  Exercise releases happy chemicals in our brains and brings people’s moods up. The government in Thailand offers affordable health care and promotes healthy lifestyles because having good health costs less money compared to having poor health and receiving treatments from the doctor.

The thing that I miss most in Thailand is the free outdoor aerobics.  Physical education teachers in Thailand put their efforts into providing motivation and organizing free outdoor aerobics sessions as a public service connected to their positions.  In the evenings, people will gather at the park and join in with their local aerobics groups.  They dance with laughter and get rid of the stress that builds up during the day. 

We have only one body to use and exercises can maintain the strength and health of our short lifetimes.  So just do it!  Exercise and make sports a part of your day.
