Travel (Outside of Canada)

In 2010, I visited a special city in Syria called Kasab for the last time in my life. It's a memory I will never forget. Kasab is a tourist town belonging to the province of Lattakia in Syria. It is one of the most beautiful resort destinations. Kasab is located between the forests. The road leading through Lattakia to Kasab, is one of the most scenic roads in Syria .It passes through the forests in the mountains of the Syrian coast and the foliage of wild flowers, olive trees, apples and laurel trees. I remember that when we drove up the mountain road we passed through the clouds and had a feeling of warmth and love. Kasab is an ancient town where traces of antiquity and the most interesting archaeological buildings have been found. We passed through many mountains and fresh water springs. The breathtaking nature captivated our minds. Kasab is also famous for many restaurants that offer lots of Syrian foods including the most distinguished grilled meat, which is very tasty. There are also distinctive hotels and popular markets and gift shops. It was a beautiful journey and I wish with all my heart to go back there one day.
