Winter 2015

Canada

A shot of a polar bear under water

I went to Winnipeg, Manitoba last July and had a fabulous time there. I did a lot of things like going on a ship cruise across Red River. I also went to Assiniboine Park Zoo, which features Arctic fox and, caribou and a 360-degree theatre, and incredible underwater viewing tunnels for polar bears and seals. I also went to the restaurants and different parts of the city with a tour guide. The most interesting thing was exploring the different natural scenery in the province where I used to live around in a new way. It was a few excellent days open that I had.

Later, I also went to Calgary, Alberta to visit some friends and I played a lot of sports there in the winter, like cross country skiing, riding horses and snowmobiles. The province has amazing nature and great scenery. I did a lot of shopping and visited most of the shops. The goods there had affordable prices because there were big sales. I enjoyed meals there, such as burritos, steak and Thompson’s Sunday brunch in different restaurants.

I would recommend you to visit these great provinces if you have enough time in the future, because a change of scenery is giving new activation to a person and it is better than staying with same daily life schedule, especially if you have a bad mood. If you decide to do it, I'll send you a list of nice places that I've been to!
