So far, I think it's safe in my neighbourhood. We keep in touch with our neighbours as it is good for us to share news about our community. Everyone who lives in our community is responsible for the safety of our neighbourhood.  That is why in some areas where the crime rate is high they have a "Neighbourhood Watch" program.

That is why we should always be on the lookout for shady characters.  If we find any strangers always walking around or parking on the roadside for a long time but do not get out, we should be aware that they might be up to no good.  Therefore we should maintain a keen vigilance.

Furthermore, we should let our neighbours know about our observations when strangers sit in their cars and sometimes, even take pictures.

Many people say that watching violent movies adds to the crime rate. I agree with that, especially with young people. They will learn the bad behaviour from violent movies and want to copy it. Even worse, they may think it's the real life.

I like my neighbourhood because it is safe, convenient and quiet.
