It is very important to know the benefits of physical activity and regular exercise in our lives, health and wellbeing.

Exercise, in general, and regular exercise, in particular, help improves health in many ways.  It can improve muscle strength, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and help maintains a healthy body weight. Also, regular exercise can promote our mental and emotional health by improving and stabilizing our mood, reducing stress and anxiety, sleeping better, and boosting self-confidence and esteem. Furthermore, exercising can impact our social lives in a very positive way. Hiking with friends, joining a community sport club, or even participating in your condo’s weekly exercise sessions is just a great way of meeting new people and get involved in the community.

In conclusion, everyone should participate in physical activity for the endless benefits it can offer. Of course, make sure the exercise suits your age and fitness level.
