Health is wealth. Without health there is no happiness, no peace and no success. I think everyone wants a happy life without diseases. To be healthy in your life and live a happy life, you have to do what I say to you:

You should eat healthy food such as, the vegetables, fruits, milk and meat. Don’t eat fast food because it`s very bad for your health and your body. It contains for harmful oils.

Every day, you should do some of exercises such as, walking, play some sport games, it`s good for your health. Don’t smoke, the smoke is very risk for your life.

You should get enough sleep. Sleep is very important for the brain. You should sleep at least 7-8 hours.
