Travel (Outside of Canada)

Travelling for me is about discovering places in the world. It is an experience of a new kind, through which we learn about civilizations and customs of different people in this world. In addition, travel increases my wisdom and knowledge about things that I was unaware of.

 I am a Syrian girl who completed my university studies there.  I am proud of the educational system there and I can tell everyone that it is a wonderful country of many beautiful mountains and  plains, many archaeological sites, and good and decent people.

When I decided to travel I went to the United Arab Emirates, a country characterized by great organization and a high level of planning and technology. I was working as the director of a school for children, aged 4 to 6 years, where the educational system is excellent.  UAE differs from Syria in many things, the most important of which is the presence of people from many countries of the world providing a great cultural mix. 

I also visited Egypt, Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia. Each country has a different character from the others in food, the way of building houses and other ways. My tour gave me a lot of experience, culture and breadth of views.

My last trip was to Canada.  I arrived in this beautiful country and I began to understand the country's sophisticated system. I become became a student at the English language school to become an active member the Canadian community.

Finally, through my limited experience, I think that each country has its own characteristics which create a special charm that distinguishes it from other countries.
