Homeland

In Jordan, we have four seasons like Canada, but the winter is mild. We have very beautiful, pleasant spring. During that time of the year the land is covered with lush green plants and many wildflowers reborn in different colours and shapes such as Roses, Lilies, Orchids, Iris, Lavender, and Jasmine but the most famous is the Black Iris, which is dark purple and is the national flower of our country.

The Black Iris is a unique flower. It lives for two to three weeks only in the mountains and desert valleys. It grows in groups so if you decide to pick one flower the rest will die quickly. You can't plant it inside the house, you need very ideal temperature and humidity.
