Parenthood

I got married five years ago.  My husband and I agreed to wait a few years before having kids, but I couldn’t stop thinking about being a mother from the minute I said “I do”. Still, we waited three years to finally welcome our first son.

I always heard people saying that having kids is good, but ever since I saw those beautiful eyes, I can say it is the best! A couple of years after my son was born, I thought about my life before he was with me. I thought that I was happy before I met him, but now I know what happiness really is.

Now I have fun. I’m always telling my husband that we are a team.  We do everything together and it is the best way to do it. Children give light everywhere they are.
