curry with chicken leg pieces

Ingredients:

5 ml – vegetable oil
2 small onions – chopped
2 small tomatoes – chopped
2 tbsp. – ginger paste
2 tbsp. – garlic paste
3 lb. of boneless chicken breast
2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of cumin powder
1 tbsp of red chili powder
1 tbsp of chicken curry masala
1 coriander leaf

Directions:

First, heat oil in a pan and fry some chopped onion.

Second, fry some tomatoes, ginger, and garlic paste.

Then, add chicken pieces and cook for 10-15 minutes.

After that, add some salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaf and chicken curry masala.

Next, put some water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Finally, chicken curry is ready and you can serve it.
