Settlement

I came to Canada from Iran in 2017. I left my country with hopes for a better new life. I was so excited to build a new life in a new country. Soon after I arrived in Canada, I went to college and began learning English. In addition, I was going to computer classes, and I had an online English class as well. Honestly, it was very difficult for me to understand all this new information but I decided to spend more time practicing and improving my English. Now I have been here for two years. I am happy because I made the right choice. Sometimes I have to study up to six hours a day. I know that with lots of hard work and determination, I will have a chance at a good career and a good life here because Canada has given me freedom--freedom to choose my way of life the way I want it to be!
