Travel (Outside of Canada)

I and my family took a week’s vacation to Cuba in November last year. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation and I would like to share the details of this unforgettable vacation.

When we reached there, it was quite hot compared to the cold temperatures of Canada we had left behind. We were quite tired so we decided to take shower and rest a little. When we woke up, we went to the buffet of our hotel, had dinner and went to the swimming pool. My children were very excited and happy and jumped in right away.

On the next day we woke up at 7 o’clock, had a lovely breakfast and quickly ran to the beach.  I can’t describe the scenery, the color of the water was blue and green, it was just wonderful. We spent about four hours swimming in the warm and salty water. We had a very good and relaxing time. I and my children also built a sand castle. The feel of sand was so soft and warm. In the afternoon, we ate pineapple pizza with Pina colada juice. The juice was very tasty and cold. It was coconut juice. After a long day we sat in our room, relaxed and watched our favorite movie.

Every night there was a different show at the hotel we were staying in, and in one of the shows there was information about Cuba. I was really surprised to know that the second largest reef of the world is in Cuba.

To conclude, we had a fantastic time there and hope one day we can go back again.
