How to Make Penne Pasta

                    Today, I am going to describe a recipe for stuffed pasta with bechamel sauce.
Ingredients: 
- Penne pasta
 
- 1 lb of ground beef
 
- green olives
 
- sliced onions
 
- mozzarella cheese
 
- 7 tablespoons of flour
 
- 1L. of milk
 
- butter
 
Steps:
- Bring 1L. of water with some salt and 1 tb of oil to boil.
 
- Add penne pasta and wait until its cooked.
 
- Heat some oil in a pan and add the sliced onions then ground beef.
 
- Add olives. Then stir it.
 
- Remove the pan from the heat after the ground beef is fully cooked.
 
- To prepare bechamel sauce:
 
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and some oil in a pan.
 
- Add the flour and stir it.
 
- Gradually, add the milk and keep stirring it
 
- Add some salt and black pepper.
 
- Now the sauce is ready.
 
- In a tray, put some of the sauce.
 
- Put a layer of the boiled pasta.
 
- Put the mix of the ground beef, olives and some mozzarella cheese in the middle.
 
- Another layer of pasta should be added to cover the stuffing.
 
- On top, add the bechamel sauce with some cheese.
 
- Cook it in the oven at 250 degrees.
