Human being is unlimited need and want. In order to fulfill their need and want they have to get money. The money can get by a person doing  work based on their passion and hobby. Everybody has their own passion weather they are blue collar or white collar.

Personally, I am a purple collar because as a mom I really like to create by hand such as to prepare food/baked, organized or decorated of home.On the other hand I have different professionals like accountant, mathematics teacher.

In my back home young people going to vocational training school or they get an experience from their relative for a path of specific career.

Every job has a role for an economy of any country. Skilled labour has a big role for any country because every job has connected each other. Any professional workers (white collar) they did not doing anything with out them.
