                    Walking is one kind of sport. A morning walk is very good for health. It is a light exercise. It is equally good for the young and the old. Morning walk regularly. Some people get up at 5:00 am and go for a far walk.  My friend Abraham also goes with me. Every morning a walk is very important. I enjoy the beautiful nature on the way, hearing sound of birds.  Sometimes I walk slowly and take fresh air. I look at morning dew drops on the green grass.  Different birds fly up in the sky and their songs add to the beauty of nature.  A long outside walk of an hour when I get up from my bed always makes me happy and with a good feeling. This walk  in Africa can be all times, all seasons.  But some European countries and Latin countries in summer only, because those countries have winter season. I loved African weather.
