                    Usually I go to do exercise in a local gym, but now it's closed. I like going walking four times a week; sometimes in the park or just around the streets, sometimes I walk with my wife, or sometimes I just go by myself. Also l enjoy having BBQ with my friends, sometimes we go to the park, or we go to a friend's house.
Sometimes I like to eat in restaurants with my family or my friends. But I enjoy eating at home, because I usually like to prepare food and make special recipes. I generally do that with my family or my friends.
I prefer walking to dancing because walking is a great exercise to lose weight, and it improves heart health. Walking in the morning can help to produce vitamin Ds. It also reduces stress. I don't like to dance.
