Hand holding a cellphone to play Pokemon Go with blur background

I had bad news about two months ago. I was so sad, and I lost interest in life after that happened. I just stayed home and watched TV all day. I didn't want to go out and didn't meet any friends. It made me get worse. One day, my husband came home from his work and said many of his coworkers started a new smartphone game. It is very attractive and interesting. It was also mentioned on the news everyday. It is an unusual sort of game. My husband recommended this game to me. First time I heard that I wasn’t interested, but my husband started it and showed me the game with explanation. It looked cute and the monsters appeared in my house on my desk, in the kitchen and so on. It appeared everywhere we live.

So I started playing Pokémon Go myself. It had very surprising benefits for me. It made me go out and be active. I started feeling a lot better because I was walking around outside being active. I also saw many people playing the same game. Everyone seemed to play this game. I saw young people, old people, females, males, and the disabled playing Pokémon Go outside. I even saw a mother with two young babies in a stroller who played this game. There were families playing together. I started getting active physically and mentally. I even explored the Harbourfront by myself without my husband by taking public transit there. There were so many people there playing the game. I also started eating better because of walking. This game gave me something to look forward to and I can’t wait to go to park and catch more Pokémons. Moreover, I was exploring my neighborhood because of Pokémon go. I found really nice places around where I live because of Pokémon go. If I didn’t play this game, I would have never known about these places.

I know that this game will not last long. Besides, winter is coming soon too. However, I’m really looking forward to finding a hobby like this that will keep me active physically and mentally. My husband tells me he really thanks to Pokémon Go because the game made me brighter.
