I was born in Damascus, Syria. I have been in Canada for almost four years and I live in Newmarket. I came to Canada with my family. I have two sons. After four months of being in Canada, I started working at HomeSense until now. I’m happy with my manager and associate who works with me. I’m comfortable living in Canada, so I hope to get my Canadian citizenship. I like Canada because people help each other. I also want to improve my English to try to get a new position. I would like to be a coordinator at HomeSense. This would give me a full time position with more benefits. My sons like it here. There is more safety and more opportunities for good jobs.
