                    I like to write a recipe for a very delicious salad. My family and I love it very much. It is a healthy and light recipe and it is eaten with bread for dinner or lunch, and my son loves it for breakfast too.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of chicken breast (boiled)
 
- 2 medium sized carrots (boiled)
 
- 2 medium sized potato (boiled)
 
- 5 boiled eggs (egg whites only)
 
- A packet of peas
 
- Small pickled cucumber
 
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise(light)
 
Method of preparation:
We grate all the boiled ingredients, chop the boiled chicken and pickled cucumbers, put them together in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mix it, and finally  put the salad in and polish the surface of the salad with a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Note:
When boiling chicken breast, add bay leaves, onions and a little salt in the boiling water.
