Ingredients for the dough:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil 
  • hot water

Instructions:

  1. Mix together flour with sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast in a large bowl.   
  2. Then pour oil and hot water on the mix and stir gradually. 
  3. Then wait for it to rise (about half and hour) and put the dough in two round pans.
  4. Next spread tomato sauce all over the pizza.
  5. Put on grated cheese (I'm using mozzarella) and a bunch of different vegetables (like mushroom, olive, green pepper, onion)
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until pizza is golden brown.
  7. And that's it. This is an easy recipe that the whole family is guaranteed to love.
