Sports are usually healthy and useful for the human body. In all countries of the world, doctors recommend exercise because it is useful to strengthen the body and mind and gives you energy and encouragement.

I love the exercise of walking in the summer. I feel pleasure and love when I do yoga. It makes me feel at peace. It is possible to exercise with your loved one so you do not feel very tired. Through the practice of yoga, you learn patience and inner peace. I learned it from TV and I play when I feel tired or tight to help me get through hard times.

Sport is very important for kids and adults. I recommend it to everyone. I like to play sports like walking in the early morning or late afternoon. Usually my mom goes with me having about an hour of time. I gained confidence in myself and I missed the wind when my mom was close to me.
